Reusing unwanted glass products is both satisfying and challenging as you never know the COE (coefficient of expansion) of each piece. As a rule their compatibility in fusing is questionable and their individual reaction to heat is always unknown so your work can be limited to the small amount of glass you produce from each item. However, the satisfaction of creating something new from an unwanted item is always worthwhile.
